I have going to Artic Circle for over a decade and today was a terrible experience. The lady was offended I gave her a tip and they didn’t put the lid on my over top shake. By the time I got home the ice cream was all over my cup holder and leaked on my seats. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at this location. I won’t be back other people appreciate my business.
Arctic Circle is always a great stop! The ice cream cones are delicious, and I love that they offer complimentary cones it’s such a nice little extra that makes the experience even better. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and it’s a fun place to grab a treat. Definitely a 5-star experience!
