Went through the drive thru and not only did we have to fix two mistakes but we still didn’t end up with all our food. They forgot our drinks after we paid they handed out the shakes we had ordered which had hardly any flavor to them. Then they forgot an entire chicken tender and fry basket which we told the employee came out with only chicken tenders after we waited another ten mins so we left without our fries. I placed an order and then watched employees walk around doing nothing making shakes for themselves, drinking them in front of customers. There were 4 orders backed up in front all watching this take place. Also employees of the grocery store taking their own orders on computer in front of customers from the customer side, flipping the screen upside down, and placing their own orders. Front liner help was great. The back was a disaster. Incredibly disappointed with the service. Lots more training needs to be had in the back.... read more
