We usually love grabbing our favorite shakes as treat, but lately its just not been a very good experience and a big messy one at that. Cups are always cut through and leaking ice cream all over... 😢
Waited almost 10min with no one taking my order. I ended up using the self help Kiosk and ordered a bag of burgers with cheese. Get all the way home just to find that none of the burgers had cheese on them eventho it clearly showed on the order screen bag of burgers with cheese. To make it even worse one burger had no burger patty on it. How do you screw up a burger that bad that you leave out the main component of the burger? Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service!!! Not impressed at all!
Don’t know why they even have a drive thru if they can never get your order right. gentleman asked what we said 3 times so we repeated the order each time when. we left I noticed my cheeseburger was missing the bacon we asked for not the end of the world but if you charged me extra for it then i expect it to be there…
Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes for only a small shake and a drink. When I got my drink it was incorrect. I ordered and paid for a lime ricky and only got 7 up. When they gave me my new one, it was still just 7 up so I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't. Then they said what I should have ordered was a grape ricky... but the years I've ordered and what Google even says is a lime ricky has a splash of grape and limes with 7 up.
