I have rarely gone to Arctic Circle, but recently the pass 2 times that I have gone, it’s been excellent! The food was great! The service was on point! And the atmosphere was amazing with GREAT air conditioning. Anyways, my girlfriend had an experience a couple months back, and it wasn’t all that great. Arctic Circle has the best milkshakes in the valley hands-down!!
My grandkids loved everything about this place from the food to the play place. The staff were great and were kind enough to warn me so I didn't accidentally eat something I was allergic to. Being allergic to fish is a hard allergy and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. It was explains that first thing in the morning I could have eaten there but as the day goes on each vat was used for overlapping items so by the time I went in it might have been cross contaminated. After ordering my food I did not get my full order in the driver line! I had to go inside to get the rest of my order! They had me pull up in a waiting area and they forgot to give me my full order! I was very disappointed that I went through the drive thru, but I had to go inside to get my full order! I would have been better off to just go inside! But I did not feel like going inside that is why I did the drive-up window!
