I had a very disappointing experience at Arctic Circle. I ordered a #1 with no lettuce and specifically informed the employee that I am allergic to lettuce. Unfortunately, I was given a #3 with lettuce. I brought the order back to the counter and explained the issue. Instead of simply apologizing and correcting the mistake, the manager told me, “Next time you order at a food establishment, you should tell them you have a food allergy.” I explained that I had, in fact, told them when I placed my order. Let me tell you all what a bad experience my friends and I so insulting, j ust had at Arctic Circle, I asked the manager not to put my food on the tray but in a bag and that I wouldn’t eat if it’s on a tray well they did put it on a tray I couldn’t eat it, i’m OCD ! , anyway they put, they didn’t offer me another fries so I couldn’t eat it, and then when I went to let her know I was gonna write a review about it she threatened me by calling the police tand kick me out and my friends out before we finished eating, told me tha... read more

We go here after grocery shopping because my 8 year old daughter needs the cheese curds... She loves them and the ladies at the window are always very sweet to her 💜🖤
