I want to give this artic circle more than 5 stars because of this experience. Kendall, the manager was on the ball and has the best customer service that not all managers does. He was a really good manager. When I told him that there was a hair or something on my peanut butter shake that was part of the ingredient, he gave me a free medium shake card to make up for it. For starters, this is the cleanest Arctic Circle I’ve ever been in. It’s rare to find a fast food restaurant that doesn’t have a film of grease coating everything but this one doesn’t; very refreshing. I can’t speak to every shift, but the gentlemen who were working the lunch shift on a Wednesday were super friendly. Great customer service. As far as the food goes, it’s good but the ice cream is really delicious and huge portions for a relatively cheap price.
Always good desserts and fried food. Burgers are mid but will satisfy a craving. Loving the new flavors of our favorite drink, the Lime Squeeze.
