Poor poor poor customer service. Food cold. Went through drive thru and ordered the shrimp and halibut meal, my favorite. A treat since I moved to Las Vegas recently. Here enjoying family. BUT....I requested additional sauces WHEN I ordered. The girl just hands me a folded up sack says Bye Bye. I checked for my Xtra sauces. No extra. I ordered food and got moldy sauce and an argument accrued between the the manager and myself. Very unprofessional and finally demanded my money back. The health department is notified of the undated condiments. The better business bureau also noted for the poor management. I used to love their food but am very diss appointed on how the situation was handled.
