I wanted to share how great the staff were at our last visit! One young man was so sweet to my daughter on the drive thru speaker because she wanted to place her order herself. When her type of ice cream that she wanted wasn't available, he offered her a different kind at a reduced price and with extra toppings. The other woman worker was also upbeat, happy and made fun conversation with us. Excellent experience. Good deal for small bacon cheeseburger, and a small soft serve ice cream that was delicious. Service was fast and kind.
Gave me wrong order. Said they would fix it but didn’t. Did the same thing to my friend. My other friend has been sitting here for 32 min waiting for cheese curds and an ice cream cone. They ended up forgetting about the ice cream cone completely. It set us back another 5 min. Not sure if today is an off day for them but definitely won’t be back.
I came in on a Friday for lunch, the service was great, friendly staff, and clean environment. Kudos to the man who helped me, named Sir Dustin, Keeper of Burgers and Protector of the Fry Basket. Verily, his hospitality was unmatched, his demeanor noble, and his swiftness most impressive. Never before hath mine order of cheeseburger and onion rings been delivered with such honor and grace. Five stars. May his spatula remain ever mighty and his fryers forever hot.
