They do amazing work really break down and explain everything making sure you feel comfortable about the work being done. Same day emergency service quickly diagnosed issue and repaired within an hour. More than reasonable rates and great customer service. Will always promote this contractor!! We had Arctic Chill install a new system about a year ago. They were quick to get out here and get it installed in the middle of summer! Since then we have had a few hiccups with our system (that were no fault of theirs) And he is always quick to get back to us and get out to get us fixed up! The best customer service!
Let me start by painting the picture. It is mid July with heat index of 112 on a Saturday. My unit went out and tried to call several companies with hardly no response and the ones that did were going to charge a lot for emergency call. To my rescue came a call from Allen. He made a not so great day better in a short period of time by going above and beyond and would highly recommend this company for all your not so great experiences with the South Georgia heat.
