Called Arctic Breeze on Canada Day. The owner Sash answered and I explained my air conditioner was acting up and not working properly. Very hot day and I had 30 people coming over for the evening. Sash said he would be there within an hour and even called when he was on his way. That's customer service!!. He checked the air conditioner and I was expecting some bad news as it was an old tired unit. He found the very minor issue and repaired it within 20 minutes. I called Arctic Breeze as our AC would not fire up, i figured that the pilot light was out, Sash Kaziev answered my call and came over in a couple hours, he checked the AC unit and it was ok, in trademans like fashion he looked at the furnace and found it was wired up wrong as we had installed a new thermostat, Bingo! Thank you Sash, you saved the day, am I happy?...YES Sash is now on our Christmas list
