These guys are great. We gave them a tough task to install units on a second floor wall in a very awkward position. They scoped the job carefully and carried it out professionally, carefully and cheerfully. Highly recommended.
Sam is a great communicator and he and Simon did a great job replacing an old split system, going to the effort of reducing costs by utilising existing lines. I have used Arctic Blue a few times now across different properties and every time they are honest in their assessment and repair.
We had Arctic Blue install split systems at our place and are very happy with the work. They were easy to deal with throughout the whole process and did an excellent job. What really stood out was while up on the roof doing the installation, Simon took the time to help me diagnose a roof leak issue with the house, which he was under no obligation to do. Highly recommended.
