Excellent experience. Rang them up on a Tuesday for a regular maintenance service on my Mitsubishi Electric. Heard back a day later from their serviceman - Sam who booked a time in with me for the end of the week to do the service. Sam called me 15 minutes before arriving to confirm he was on his way, and he did a stellar job servicing my unit. I can't speak more highly of the service provided by Arctic Blue Air Conditioning. Ben did a thorough site inspection on his day off to provide a quote, which involved climbing onto the roof and spending time talking me through all the options. He was knowledgeable, helpful and never tried to push or upsell. The install itself was tricky and on a hot day, and Ben and Sam completed it carefully, efficiently and cheerfully.
