Ben, Simon and Sam arrived on time, Ben confirmed where the interior and exterior units were to go and everyone got on with it. Ben showed me how to fly it and all was tidied up before they left. Simon had a look at another job I need to have done and spent 10 minutes or so to steer me down the right path. They are kind, generous people and easy to have in my house. Couldn't speak more highly of Ben and his team. Excellent quality products delivered and installed promptly on a complicated job. They went above and beyond to help with other unrelated issues I was having on site too, including over the weekend and after hours when required. Top quality service at a very reasonable price
