DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE!!!! Worst service ever! Took my van to have the rooftop unit service and they broke a piece, the vents doesn’t open, the control unit was put bending the ceiling, the unit was dirty, but they had enough time to sniff insight the cabinets and spread some of the content! This company changed ownership several years ago and it reflects !!! The service technicians remained onboard with the new owner but the moral at this facility has changed for the worse, or just plain awful !!! The work has become more sloppy and it appears the new shop motto is get the buck in and the customer out !!!! A well established facility that has lost its family feel and warm customer service for a new business face... They have lost a well established customer right along with the transition...

Outstanding Customer Service and work; I was distressed with a stalled vehicle; I was towed to Artic by a AAA tow truck; Artic took me to my meeting and then took me home! I received a phone call the next morning and was given an explanation of the diagnosis of my vehicle problem and repairs were done in exception fast time. great job and great service; would endorse them without exception!

We arrived at our hotel in Ft Lauderdale the afternoon of Jan 14, 2014. After checking in we went to move our car and couldn't get the transmission out of park. We had traveled from Ohio and were to get on a cruise ship the next afternoon. I called my mechanic at home and he found Artic Automotive. I called, talked to Richard Disney. I've had 3 of my car's A/C fixed at Artic Air. In 1999, I had my 1993 Corvette converted from R12 freon. That was 11 years ago, and it is still blowing cold! So, when my other car's A/C went out, I took them back to Artic Air. The service is very friendly and professional. Their workmanship is of high quality. Driving in FL without A/C is unthinkable, so it's great that they have always been able to work on my car that day. They also offer a 10% discount for AAA members.

I found Arctic on NAPA's website and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They were very accommodating to my needs. My car died 10 blocks from the shop at 8am, and a crew arrived to my rescue within 10 minutes (at no charge). They dropped me off where I needed to be. Hassle-free, they handled my insurance claim for me and my car was done the same day. I had a concern about a noise and thought I needed new wheel bearings. I was able to get my air conditioning compressor replace in one day for a few hundred dollars less than I was quoted at my mechanic or Pepboys. Juan at the front office was very friendly and helpful as was Richard, who did the service. I would highly recommend and will go back for any other repairs I may need.

I order some modified struts to put bigger wheels on my car and they order the struts and shipped them out right away. When dealing with Arctic Custom Wheelz in Fort Lauderdale you're in good hands.
