David and Sam are complete liars and never stand by their word. They cannot fix anything and charge obscene fees that are never even discussed. They tried to fix a toilet, but made it even worse and then refused to take responsibility for it. Extremely rude and unprofessional. RUN AWAY from these guys.

Issue: HVAC wouldn't turn on Labor: 10 mins Charge: $1,500 for a control board (max is $450 for one) Story: I recently called these guys for an emergency service since I have a newborn, it was at night and it was freezing temps (record breaking in NJ on 1/26). My HVAC wouldn't turn on, they came here and did some work, it was working for a bit but the charge was $1,500. A bit insane, because a board ranges from $150 - $450. Called for a heat repair in the middle of the night, David and Sam showed up on time (already impressive), figured out the issue fast, and actually explained what was wrong fixed the heater the same day in the morning, didn’t try to upsell me nonsense I don’t need, and didn’t leave my place looking like a construction zone. Heat is back on and i couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them.

I called a while ago and said I wanted to replace the central air conditioning system in my house. He asked how many units, and I replied 2. He then asked if it was a basement or attic type, and I said attic. He responded with a price of $8,000. Regardless of the price being high or low, I hesitated for a moment because his way of proposing was unfamiliar, and he pressed me whether I would do it or not.
