Overcharged and Misdiagnosed – Very Disappointing Experience. I’ve been a loyal customer of Arctic Air for years, doing annual AC checkups with them. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this company’s diagnosis or labor estimates.
Arctic Air is a great company. They provide amazing service and quality work. They are quick to respond to any call and communicate all the issues that were found. I have worked with a lot of HVAC companies over my years in building operations and they are one of the best.
I manage an office and we recently had an issue with our heat exchange/furnace. John from Arctic Air Mechanical was excellent. Very professional, did the job we needed quickly and kept us in the loop the entire time even though he was contracted by our landlord. I would highly recommend Arctic Air Mechanical.
Excellent service and wonderful people to deal with! They are very thorough and are always available when we need them. Darren and Chris are so kind and helpful! We really appreciate the care and attention they give to their clients. Highly reccommend!
