Called they got us right in , Charlie and Johnny were amazing and made sure we all understood what was wrong and needed to be done , I would highly recommend them ! Five stars all the way.
Mason was great, he called ahead, showed up on time and explained the problem and effected a repair. I would not hesitate to use Mason and Arctic Air again.
We had an issue with our heater and called Artic Air. They had an opening same day and came out about 2 hours later. Mason was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He let us know every step he was taking and showed us the exact problem. He had the issue fixed in under an hour. The heater is working great now and even let us know some tips to keep the appliance running strong.
Highly recommend Arctic Air for any HVAC issues. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Showed on time, very knowledgeable, and did great work. Will use again.
