A very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Jasper was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate staff like him who truly have a service-minded attitude. At first, I was planning to buy only one jacket, but Jasper kindly suggested another one — and I ended up buying two! That was such a wonderful experience. However, the Asian female staff with glasses didn’t seem to have the same spirit of hospitality — she looked unfriendly and lacked the energy to welcome customers.
