Called them because I was trying to find a company I can trust and really care of customer service and not just a company like Service Today or Comfort Air which all they want to do is sell you new units and not try fixing your unit. Artic came but my outdoor unit had no power and it was that the braker was tripped but we couldn't get the braker to work. Tech rule out that the problem was the brake and did not test the unit running since we could get power to the unit and they do not mess with braker panels. I had to go buy ... read more
I’ve got probably a couple thousand dollars in their site visits for the last two years and they cannot fix two out of my three systems. I got frustrated with them and they told me I should pursue another company. I have family members that are home builders in the Seaford area and they told me months ago that this company was not very good. If it’s not simple, they’re not gonna fix it and all they’re gonna do is run up lots of site visit bills
Brian was the service tech that came out and he diagnosed the issue fairly quickly. Our repair was more involved due to the original installation (other company) but Brian found all the issues and stayed until it was resolved. I feel like Arctec is a very competent and honest company. I would definitely use them again.
Excellent company for all of your HVAC needs. I've had them servicing my system for several years and recently had the whole system replaced. They are always prompt, , knowledgeable , and extremely professional. Highly recommend.
Absolutely 10/10 recommend. From the first call to the finished service was a great experience. I called at 8am on Monday and they were there by 945 to diagnose. They are very up front and transparent about pricing from start to finish. I never was left wondering "why is this priced like this." Our service tech, Robert was highly professional and arrived on time. They send a text when your tech is on the way. The office staff, Linda and Stephanie were very kind.
