Arctek installed my HVAC unit in 2019. My ac broke on a Saturday so I called the after hours number. Robert called back immediately. He came out diagnosed a broken motor and tried to get me through until Monday with no luck He ordered the part Monday and Dylan came out early Tuesday and installed it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire company. The motor was under warranty so there was only a charge for putting the new motor in. I believe in supporting local small business’ and Arctec is a good one.
NEVER USED THIS COMPANY. They didnt fix the problem called the init good and it didnt last one week call them to fix their problem they wouldnt come out for days. This company doesnt care at all. They will charge no matter what. They caused more problems than they fixed. Horrible company to use
Reached out to Jeremy in a conversation, I mentioned I’d like him to examine my air conditioner. Called them because I was trying to find a company I can trust and really care of customer service and not just a company like Service Today or Comfort Air which all they want to do is sell you new units and not try fixing your unit. Artic came but my outdoor unit had no power and it was that the braker was tripped but we couldn't get the braker to work. Tech rule out that the problem was the brake and did not test the unit running since we could get power to the unit and they do not mess with braker panels. I had to go buy ... read more
I’ve got probably a couple thousand dollars in their site visits for the last two years and they cannot fix two out of my three systems. I got frustrated with them and they told me I should pursue another company. I have family members that are home builders in the Seaford area and they told me months ago that this company was not very good. If it’s not simple, they’re not gonna fix it and all they’re gonna do is run up lots of site visit bills
