Has been a great entry level IT job for me, I've risen through the ranks and departments over the last few years and gained a ton of experience. Contrary to a few other reviews you are not fired for stepping down from a management role, I've done it twice in two different departments and they still seem to like me just fine, as I don't cause problems and continue work work dilligently in my new role. If you're willing to learn and adapt to changing client situations you'll do just fine at ArcSmart Solutions. 5 stars!
Great place to work for, they do support for Hughes internet as their main client so far I've enjoyed my time with there and they've treated me with respect and have been fair. If you want a call center job is a good place to work without actually being in a massive corporation. I've gained very valuable experience in computer networking here. Updated 2\2025
