Edit as of June 13, 2025: I was terminated in Mid-May related to a combination of absence-related issues & ongoing personal life concerns, at which point HR requested I provide a "Fit-to-work" statement - also known as a Competency Statement - within 72 hours of my last call-off. Has been a great entry level IT job for me, I've risen through the ranks and departments over the last few years and gained a ton of experience. Contrary to a few other reviews you are not fired for stepping down from a management role, I've done it twice in two different departments and they still seem to like me just fine, as I don't cause problems and continue work work dilligently in my new role.
