Great visit on the last day of the year for an Antigen COVID test that would allow for international travel. Amazing customer service from Byron and his team to get me in, tested, and with results in an hour! Highly recommended!!
They took me in earlier than my appointment and I didn't have to wait forever in the exam room. Got results in about 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Fast, efficient same day appointment!
The staff was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. Achilles did my swab and rapidly brought me my results. I had to be last minute tested for travel and they accommodated me. This process was so smooth, safe, and easy and I would really like them to receive the recognition they deserve. Furthermore, my dad received his employment testing and labs here last year even before COVID and they were incredibly wonderful at that time too.
I wanted to make an appt but no one EVER picks up. Also needed to know their hours during the Thanksgiving holiday.
ARCpoint lab of Greenville is the best! After showing symptoms of Covid and having to wait a few days for the first available appointment, ARCpoint called with an opening! They treated us like we were their family! I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs of Greenville!
