As a safety manager for a local construction company I am pleased with the services from ARCpoint Labs. My disappointment is the communication and the lack of a contact number listed for the lab. Communication is important. Not being able to contact the lab only pushes me to find a new provider.
This place is awesome when i called this place they are so welcoming maddy was so great and help me right away and you dont need an appointment to do a drug test. So when i get here today alisa in the frony desk and cory who help me woth my drug test super friendly and i cannot thank them that it only took me 5 minutes to do my drug test. I reccomend this place to anyone thank you so much guys you made my day.
Terri and his staff went above and beyond to help my team get all their travel PCR COVID test done. They all got their results quick and painlessly. Definitely highly recommend this lab to everyone. -Julie
Went after taking care of my sick parents so I could get cleared for work, was told I'd get results the next Monday or Tuesday. After not hearing back for 2 weeks, I called and found out it had been sent to the wrong email address. Told them the right address (same as my intake paperwork...), waited 2 more weeks, and nothing.
