I came into this facility 4years ago an they were a pleasure to be around then. Very Knowledgeable and Helpful. Now 4 years later Adrian the Lab Manager was patient in assisting me with my issues. 5⭐ Hands down if you need reliability and prompt response with a smile Sonic is the way to Go!! I never knew this place existed!!! Like wow. Anyways I came here for fingerprints was out in 4 minutes. Thanks a bunch the young man was very respectful, and full of life. Thank you
Would give a negative 5 if optional. The purple hair lady Claimed my sample temp was off but would not tell me what the temp allegedly was. I also noticed nobody else's samples were checked with her temp gun . Also temp guns are not designed for liquids. It became obvious she just wanted to waist my time throwing out both samples and having her WAYYYY TO WEIRD COWORKER who was more than fascinated to watch me attempt another sample at which point my patience found there end.
