Process for registering and finger printing were easy but the 2 staff members were exceptionally rude. Their tone of voice, body language, and demeanor made it obvious they did not want to be there and that they were burdened by having a client on a Friday afternoon. Customer service skills need to be addressed.
Made an appointment for first thing in the morning as I had to fast, and went to lab for my appointment only to be told that the Phlebotomist wasn't there. She had informed the manager the night before that she would be late as she had an appointment in the morning. I made the appointment with the Phlebotomist so she was aware of my appt. I had made.
