Not sure how this lab stays in business. I had an appointment several months ago for 10 am—showed up and no one there. Went to lab in Altamonte springs.Made an appointment today and again showed up for 10 am appointment. Again, no one there with the same old sign saying they were closed and would open “in the afternoon.” This is apparently not a legitimate business and this franchise needs to be shut down. If you aren’t gonna be open, don’t take appointments and don’t post business hours that aren’t real.
Awful experience! Been to the lab twice, both times Laboratory Technician was running late. The blood report was incomplete, I asked twice to complete the information but still being ignored. I don’t advise this lab and never comeback.
I lost my time. I have to repeat the test for inconsistencies in this lab. =\
Excellent place, without a doubt I will always take my drug test.
Testing was affordable and didn’t take as long as I expected. Jim was very kind and professional.
