I visited the team today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the genuine white-glove service that was obvious from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a big smile from Polly. Renee, Olivia, Ella, and Polly were very hospitable and welcoming. Great people to work with.
I had a great experience here, customer service and efficiency was excellent, 10/10 recommend!
Ella the nurse practitioner did a great job. Most appointments at other places seem to treat my appointments like a check in the box, but here was different. She took more notes and listened more thoroughly to my explanations and also asked relevant questions to my case. Answered all of my questions using terminology and words a regular guy will understand. Also the rest of the staff were very accommodating.
