Very professional and clean facility. The staff was knowledgeable and very professional as well.
I called Steve Calder from Arcpoint Labs of Appleton to administer a DOT drug test for a truck driver incident on a holiday. The call went out at 9 p.m. and Steve was here within 25 minutes. I’ve contacted him and worked with him on several other occasions and the promptness is always the same.
