Dr. Prim (as I call him) is the best doctor I have ever known, totally engaged, & caring. I will forever be thankful that he has been involved in my life.
Update #4: I attempted to call Kristin as instructed, and the extension she gave me rang, then disconnected. I called and told the person who answered the phone that the extension I was given didn’t work. She said that they were “updating extensions” and sent me to a different one, but the mailbox was full. I called back again and spoke to a different person who asked, “Which Kristin?” The first person didn’t ask, so who knows who’s ext I was sent to. Update: I finally received a call back at 6:45am on Sunday morning. The doctor referenced a previous test (not what I had been leaving detailed messages for), and told me to call the same number that I've been calling and leaving messages that go unanswered. - I will try this. Maybe I can get someone to respond. They called me regarding a sleep study and told me to call my insurance company and gave me a reference number. I called my insurance company and they had no record of that reference number and they showed that the s... read more
