Update #4: I attempted to call Kristin as instructed, and the extension she gave me rang, then disconnected. I called and told the person who answered the phone that the extension I was given didn’t work. She said that they were “updating extensions” and sent me to a different one, but the mailbox was full. Update: I finally received a call back at 6:45am on Sunday morning. The doctor referenced a previous test (not what I had been leaving detailed messages for), and told me to call the same number that I've been calling and leaving messages that go unanswered. - I will try this. Maybe I can get someone to respond. They called me regarding a sleep study and told me to call my insurance company and gave me a reference number.
