Pest Infestion Place has a massive pest infestation that they refuse to fix. The problem is caused by the trash compactor being connected directly to the building. Would not recommend to anyone. Can't wait to leave.
Worst soundproofing, soiled carpets, smokers If you want to hear your neighbors above you, smell cigarette smoke in a smoke free building, see cigarette butts everywhere, walk through hallways with soiled carpets from animals, never get alerted as to when maintenance will be in your unit and pay premium rent, then this is definitely the place for you.

We are sorry for the experience you feel you have had at our community. Our building and its grounds are indeed smoke free. Our office is unaware of any issue of cigarette butts being littered about. Our carpeting is on a very regular cleaning schedule - if there is a specific spot you know of, feel free to reach out to us and let us know so that we can address it right away.
