Edit 2: Charter never reached out by phone on those dates as claimed in their response. Zero integrity. Homes look nice but are not well-built. Here’s what my ceiling looks like as of 2024 in a home that was built in 2023. Leaking water pipe in a house that isn’t even 2 years old! Charter’s response? “Your home is out of warranty, but we’ll be in touch” (still waiting on that call).
