The CAMCO management company that runs the HOA here needs to be held accountable. This is the third time it has snowed and or iced here, and they do not clean the streets, de-ice the roads unless there is three inches or more of snow. When I emailed and told the HOA lady that if temperatures drop, it’ll freeze - her literal answer was “well the temperatures will go back up” Even in rental communities, safety was first and they cleaned the roads. I Have THEA in the Great American Neighborhood of Arcona, I have been here for 9 years and could not ask for a better location or nieghborhhood. Charter has helped through many years of success and would not want to work with any other company.
We visited some friends at Arcona and the first thing I saw was flooring that had gaps between the vinyl boards! Beware of Ancona and especially, Charter Homes, who is apparently more interested in all your money than a quality build. It’s apparent that service after the sale is non-existent! Avoid this builder-developer!!! I did receive a response that our friends should contact the Builder for a repair for the obvious less than quality construction.
