I wish I could give this company zero stars. My experience with this so-called “construction company” was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We hired them to complete a project that required specific permissions and inspections, and they completely failed us. Carlos Fragoso, the owner, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. This company is a complete joke. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from these thieves. Do not hire them—you’ll regret it!
