Shaun and the gang were very helpful. You can tell this place has a great culture. Also very fair prices. Will return for any future battery needs.
Not many battery suppliers can boast of an owner who has been working on and supplying forklift batteries since 1970. Don may be the most experienced used battery supplier in the state. With an Edison Battery memorabilia collection and a 1927 electric car entrusted to him by Crawford Auto Museum, Don at Arcon is the one to call.

Don really is a wealth of knowledge and has always been a key partner offering great products at reasonable prices.
Purchased a charger and had a battery reconditioned by this company. We spent over $4k with them and shipped the forklift direct to our customer. It arrived and we spent around $2k to find out what the issue with the charger was. Don offered to send out a replacement charger which was the correct thing to do. However, he forgot to address the money we spent finding out the problem he had created and then asked us to pay another $225 to ship the bad charger back to him.
