I previously wrote a review... And Arcom had it removed. I was sent to this company by Nicole at KMS Tools. They lead me to believe she was incompetent and stupid. They refused my business, because of their lack of knowledge of my needs and ability to read an email. Going back and forth between both companies, Arcom would rather let you believe in the stupidity of a woman, than acknowledge their mistakes. Look deep before taking your service needs here.
I thought that I needed a new Ignition kit as I had pulled the cap off of the wire from my Stihl blower ( I was quoted $199.00. By another dealer) The guys at Arcom took one look and said that they would repair it which they did and charge me $25.00. The machine is back to normal. Thanks again.
I have never written a review, you can see how upset and frustrated I am.
