Knowledgeable and fair price
I can't say enough about Peter and Joe, their customer service and they're pleasantness. I had bought a chainsaw from a different dealer, who are now going out of business, and recommended Arcom. The oiler on my saw stopped working so I took it there. Unbeknownst to me it was still under warranty and Peter got it covered for me from Echo. He didn't have to go to bat for me but he said it was the right thing to do and he did. I highly recommend these guys and their shop.
I brought in my pressure washer that wasn’t working properly, and Joe and his team fixed it much faster and cheaper than other small engine shops had quoted me. The service was excellent and they really make you feel like family. I highly recommend Arcom Power Equipment for any small engine repairs or service. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them.
