Outstanding customer service. I went looking for a run condensor which they did not have, but they pointed me to places that might have one. They also checked my motor for any faults, just in case. Service like this is truly appreciated. Thank you.
Friendly and Helpful
Having had our large CNC mill spindle motor out to two other repairers who were unable to identify, let alone fix the problem we took to Arcolec. Within a week they had isolated the cause. The work they did was outstanding, runs as smooth and quiet as a new motor. Arcolec are by FAR the best electric motor service company we have ever come across, the quality of the completed job and their communication are second to none.
