When I was hit by a car at 12 years old, I couldn’t walk because my nerves were in shock for about 3 months.. I got sent to Arcola hospital, Before it split into a clinic and hospital.. That whole time I spent in Arcola Hospital was painful.. I needed to be washed because I couldn’t do it myself, the nurses who worked there were all racist towards natives then, So I was shaken and pulled in very uncomfortable ways while I was there..
