The store is very clean and they are fully stocked with everything you need. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful asking if you need assistance. Prices are very reasonable. Great shopping experience
There’s always someone to help. They got anything you need you could spend hours in that store looking at everything. Couldn’t find sled for my grandson but I did at branneky. Kinda takes ya back in time. Went back for three more for grandkids.

They are so knowledgeable!! The staff is so helpful and kind.. It feels like the old time hardware stores I remember as a kid they had everything you needed and know everyone in town...

True value HARDWARE. This store lives up to it's name. Went in looking for a small metric bolt, not really expecting them to have it. The associate had it in my hands in about 5 minutes. Thank you for saving my day.
Best by far for customer service and also finding things that you would never find anywhere else!!!
