Dr. Kwok and his team are truly exceptional. I had two wisdom teeth extracted, and it was by far the smoothest and most comfortable dental procedure I've ever experienced. The extraction took place on a Friday, and I was especially impressed that Dr. Kwok personally followed up with me over the weekend to ensure I was recovering well and experiencing no complications. I highly highly recommend this amazing clinic to everyone! Dr. Kwok and his team are amazing, kind, and genuinely care about the wellbeing of their patients. I had a teeth cleaning and cavity fill that was quick, comfortable and thorough. I was reluctant to remove my wisdom tooth but Dr. Kwok assured me and clearly explained every step. Drs. Edward Kwok and Joan Lai are excellent dentists. I have known them for years and worked closely with them in saving the teeth of the lower mainland. They are also active supporters of cancer research in Canada.
I had an amazing experience here. They were able to fit me in for a very last minute appointment before my trip to Mexico. My experience in the chair was top notch! They were very gentle and made sure that I was comfortable. They were very informative and made sure I understood what to expect. I am not one that enjoys the trips to the dentist but after that appointment I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Arcola Dental Center!!
