Great building and a great team!
Very poorly built building. Looks great from the outside but once you have to start doing repairs and preventive maintenance behing the visual surface, thats when the ugly starts to show. Cheap and cutting corners. Who uses corrugated pipe for dryer vents in a 3 story building. Numerous other issues. To many to go into it. Can't figure out how the building passed local code.
