The attendants are always friendly no matter what part of the day
Why do all the Arco in Antioch suck? Unfriendly, mediocre stock, employees are dismissive and always busy 'doing other things' then helping customers.
So I was in there 9/27 the morning getting gas on my debit card. I mistakenly told the female working there the wrong pump number. She then proceeds to cancel my entire purchase saying I had to repurchase it again and I would be immediately refunded on my card.. I did not... so I had to buy gas 2x and I waited 24 hrs and still no credit. I went back in the store and talked to the same girl and then the manager Alex. It’s always “temporarily closed” what’s the point of having a store that is never open….. I’ll drive the extra mile and go somewhere else.
