This Arco is scamming people. $125 pending holds on your card for a week when you swipe at the pump. It says on the machine "no receipt available, continue?" I accidentally selected no, cancelling the transaction and now $125 is frozen on my card for a week. This owner is effectively getting to earn interest on your money when you swipe even though you aren't buying $125 in gas. I filed complaints and going to pursue legal action. Its theft,
