I don't post reviews or complain often, but I had an interaction with the store manager that left me completely dumbstruck. I tried to purchase an item that has a discount for buying three at a time, and I always buy six. As she rung me up I told her that another Arco location discovered that the discount would calculate differently if each item was scanned in one at a time.
