Marsha was very professional and very helpful. She went out of her way to get cheese for customers and opening up restrooms for them. people should learn from her best service ever had at Arco
Jeffrey had a bad reputation towards customers, which i had very unpleasant experience. Needed to use the bathroom 🚻 both B and Jeffrey told me out of service. Jeffrey kept smiling at me like it was a joke 🤡 this 🤡 needed to get some attention or a raised to service customers better.
My car died near the entrance of the parking lot to which the skinny younger black gentleman who works here issued threats of gang violence/assault toward me. Likely could have been avoided issues had he remained professional. When argument ensued, he made personal attacks, insulting me for “begging” for help to clear the lot. Who raises/hires people to represent there business as such?
