You need to train your staff to be friendly and respectful. Few months back I felt so bad a lady was disrespected by your boy staff because she was asking to many questions and he was so irritable. Today this skinny girl was mean when I paid for my coffee. You will lose customers if you keep having those people with attitude.
Pumps aren’t printing receipts
This gas station is pretty average. The prices are decent, but the pumps can be a bit slow sometimes. It's convenient when I need a quick fill-up, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
Very disappointing experience. I went to this store to buy beer but realized I had forgotten my ID at home. I politely asked if I could show a picture of my ID on my phone, but the cashier (Ericka) refused. While I understand policies, I made the effort to go all the way back home, get my physical ID, and return to the store. To my surprise, she then said she was “not comfortable” serving me.
