When entering at 9:00pm I asked to use the restroom. They had multiple signs saying "only customers paying" were able to use the restroom. My family spent lots of money on gas. We brought the receipt to the cashier named Rodel as-well with another man who did not give his name and did not have a name tag who would refuse to let us use it. They claimed that the floor was wet due to cleaning and to wait 15-20 minutes and so we did. Attention to the Owners: You have an attendant named Sonia (an older woman) who has a very rude and had a real bad attitude. Please ask her to relax when customers come here to buy gas, that they are then allowed to use the facilities. Which include like all gas stations: access to Cold and Hot Water for the road trips ahead. April 28th 2026 at approximately 1045am. I stopped in to this Arco AM/ PM and got gas, and informed the cashier that I was getting hot water in my mug (as a courtesy so she didnt think I was getting cof... read more
