Completely unprofessional management here. Car wash kiosk had an error and couldn’t dispense my full amount of payment, for a wash I attempted to purchase. I went inside with my receipt that showed I was under refunded, and the cashier couldn’t help me. He reached out to management and they told me to come back later. So this place just kept my money. I put in a complaint with corporate. Do not give this gas station any of your money, if there’s any kind of error you will not be refunded in a timely manner.
Great Location. Staff are actually friendly and professional. Do your best to avoid 1391 florin Rd. especially with the night staff. I saw the handicap employee getting verbally laid into by a customer after the employee got disrespectful. The cashier got put in his place real quick by that guy.
