I had a very unpleasant experience at the ARCO gas station. The employee at the counter was extremely rude to me during checkout. He asked me, “What do you not understand?” in a very disrespectful and condescending tone. When I calmly asked why he was being so rude, he denied it and continued to be unhelpful. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I was disappointed by the poor customer service.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. Absolutely scammed my mother in law and messed up her car. Charged her for full synthetic oil change because her car can only take full synthetic. They instead used regular oil instead of full synthetic and still had the gall to charge her for full synthetic price.

I stopped by for gas this morning around 9:30. The woman waiting on me got angry because she gave me the wrong change and when I corrected her she angrily threw her food she was eating down on the counter. I guess she didn’t hear me when I told her much gas I wanted. But her attitude was terrible and could use better customer service. I told her I was going to complain to the manager she said go ahead. No apology. I’m a regular customer there.
