Aside from getting the job done, I can't say for sure whether if it's a lack of communication or, lack of responsibility depending upon the person in charge at that given time. As a paying customer in return your are given a receipt and a placard that will be placed on the windshield and these items are supposedly what your suppose to hand over back to the person who will start the type of service you want done from a receipt that obtained these informations. That picture is not the place I went to
This place is a hidden gem. There is a team of guys who hand wash your car before you enter the machine. Then they towel dry it afterwards. There is only one vacuum however and you need to put in coins. I will be back.
The humans did a pretty good job for what little time they had to work on my car as it came through. Kudos and a tip to then. The machinery did very little; the automatic stuff just didn't contact much of my SUV's body. Overall, disappointed.
