There were two customer service behind the counter with one register open and a line back to the coolers while the second guy was on his phone. I didn't complain he should open one but instead tried to mention to the lady how it looked. She shut me down trying to make excuses and I stopped her saying I'm not complaining, just wanted her to know how it looks and she showed me away annoyed as if customer perception wasn't a thing. I've lived two blocks away for 15 years and remember why I don't go in there. Service sucks.
