The only thing this ARCO has going for it is the gas. I avoid going inside like its the plague. Brighten it up, clean and clear out the windows so people can see in and out. Tile the floor and paint the insidea bright white. Offer restrooms. Then put some cheerful, customer service oriented clerks behind the counter. Inside sales will increase.
