I’ve been to ARC Gas several times now, and every visit has been a positive experience. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of, which is always a plus when you’re just trying to make a quick stop. The gas pumps are well-maintained and easy to use, and I’ve never had any issues with them being out of service or slow. Inside the station, everything is clean, organized, and well-stocked. I have handicap plates for a reason. I pulled up to the pump, called into the store and requested a handicap assist. The clerk responded “a what?” I repeated my request three times. The clerk hung up on me. I went to the arco on Clark with no problem.
It's the only convenience store in an area with a high population density, so it's great when in a pinch but I don't want to drive out of my neighborhood. Staff is friendly and helpful, store is clean, and they have a huge walk-in cooler room with all the drinks.
