This ARCO has an annoying setup, whereby if you pay cash (and you must if you don't want to be dinged for a credit card fee) you must pre-pay, then wait until the guy pumps your gas, then get your change from the cashier inside. Bogs down fast and keeps people waiting longer than necessary.
