I just wanted to buy a phone charger. They were cleaning the floor, and I even offered to pay cash in advance, but none of them agreed to help me. My phone is about to die. Their attitude was unreasonable and showed no willingness to understand or accommodate a customer. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back. They weren’t willing to help with such a simple request.

I used the $10 basic car wash here, and the experience ended up creating a new problem for my car. The wash felt unusually fast and aggressive compared with other automatic washes I’ve used. The attendants were directing cars forward quickly, and once my car was on the conveyor belt system that pulls the wheels through, everything moved fast enough that I barely had time to see or read whether there was any warning sign. The station is always clean, and staff is very kind. The staff at the car wash is also very helpful and patient. Very friendly, their car wash packages are also affordable and great.
